The story begins with Superman returning to the Fortress of Solitude after a long absence. He is surprised to find that the Fortress has been invaded by a group of aliens called the Synnarites. The Synnarites are a race of technologically advanced beings who are looking for a new home. Superman agrees to help the Synnarites find a new home, but only if they promise to leave Earth alone.
Superman and the Synnarites set out on a journey to find a new home for the aliens. Along the way, they are attacked by a group of space pirates. Superman and the Synnarites are able to defeat the space pirates, but not before the Synnarites' ship is damaged. The Synnarites are forced to crash-land on a nearby planet.
While the Synnarites are repairing their ship, Superman explores the planet. He is surprised to find that the planet is inhabited by a race of sentient plants. The plants are peaceful and friendly, and they welcome Superman and the Synnarites to their planet.
Superman and the Synnarites stay on the planet for several days. During that time, Superman learns more about the plants and their culture. He also learns that the plants are under threat from a group of aliens called the Skrulls. The Skrulls are a race of shape-shifters who are looking to conquer the planet.
Superman and the Synnarites decide to help the plants fight off the Skrulls. The two groups of aliens battle each other for several days. In the end, Superman and the Synnarites are able to defeat the Skrulls and save the planet.
After the battle, the Synnarites thank Superman for his help. They then leave the planet and continue their search for a new home. Superman returns to the Fortress of Solitude, where he is greeted by the Legion of Super-Heroes.
The Legion of Super-Heroes is a group of young superheroes from the future. They have come to the present to ask Superman for help. The Legion is facing a threat from a powerful alien called the Time Trapper. The Time Trapper is a master of time travel, and he is using his powers to alter the past and the future.
Superman agrees to help the Legion of Super-Heroes fight the Time Trapper. The two groups of heroes travel to the future, where they confront the Time Trapper. The Time Trapper is a powerful foe, but Superman and the Legion of Super-Heroes are able to defeat him.
After the battle, Superman returns to the present. He is glad to have helped the Legion of Super-Heroes, and he knows that the future is safe in their hands.
The Fortress of Solitude
The Fortress of Solitude is Superman's secret hideout. It is located in the Arctic Circle, and it is made of ice and crystal.
